COURSE CONTENT
Dispensing of drugs in the hospital, retail shop and to the patient is the crucial task in the health care system. This important task is fulfilled only by the pharmacist. What should be the dose of a drug? Pharmacist can help the patient to take the right dose. When to take the drug? After or before the meal? Pharmacist can tell the proper time. What are the drugs we can’t take at a time? Yes, pharmacist can advise us about the drug-drug interaction. Pharmacist is the bridge between doctor and patient.
Role of pharmacist is not only limited to the dispensing of drugs. Pharmacist is the key player in the manufacturing, quality control, research & development, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, marketing of drugs & cosmetics. Recently new areas like pharmacovigilance, pharmacogemonics etc. have emerged where pharmacy graduates are major players.
Eminent College of Pharmaceutical Technology offers 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy & 4 years Bachelor of Pharmacy for the session 2018-19.

ELIGIBILITY
Candidates applying for admission should pass 10+2 level examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics as the subjects. The admission of the candidates would be as per guidelines of WBSCT&VE&SD and PCI.
