Eminent College of Management and Technology organised a seminar on "Current Trends in HR and Role of An Individual", on 8th April,2017. This seminar was presented by Mr. Rajdeep Mukherjee, HR Manager , Bandhan Group. Mr. Mukherjee has 18 years of working as HR and he has been associated with renowned companies like Braithwaite & Co. Ltd., Bengal Structural Corporation etc.. He also has experience of working with Genex Management and IT College, Ibrad School of Management etc.. He has been an expert in ensuring prompt resolution of all employee grievances to maintain cordial relation between management and the employee. 

This seminar was attended by all the faculty members and the students of the college. Mr. Mukherjee enlightened the listeners by describing the current trends on HR and also describe the importance of Human Resource Management to generate the resource in an organisation. Mr.Mukherjee also provided valuable guidance to the students to be a HR professional in their future.
